Yoga Flow with Dr. D
Join us for an hour of vinyasa yoga, linking breath to movement. This class will focus on postures to balance the body and mind while being accessible to beginners. Enjoy a balancing, lively, grounding and playful flow, followed by a brief meditation to end. Bring your your yoga mat&playful spirit!

About the Event
All you need is a yoga mat, no shoes required! If you do not have a mat, you can try a carpeted area as well although it will be a bit more difficult to grip.
